Maintaining healthy weight is very essential and overweight people should make a conscious effort to lose weight. Introducing exercise in your lifestyle is important in maintaining healthy weight, bettering heart well-being and minimizing other risks.
Lack of physical exercise is an inactive life-style and an increasing medical concern. Physical inactivity is a major risk to both physical and mental health. Studies have proved that physical inactivity is worse than being corpulent. It causes an increasing incidence of chronic diseases, not just in the elderly but in young people and adults. Being physical inactive, in the long run, lowers your self-esteem and adversely affects your viewpoint on life.
